These Website Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of www.allthingsnewclinical.com and its related webpages (the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by All Things New Clinical Services, LLC (“All Things New,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.

1. Website Information Only

The Website provides general information about All Things New, our clinicians, therapy services, employment opportunities, payment and insurance processes, and ways to contact the practice.

Website content is provided for general educational and administrative purposes. It is not a substitute for individualized mental health care and should not be used to diagnose a condition, make treatment decisions, or delay seeking professional or emergency assistance.

Although we make reasonable efforts to provide helpful and accurate information, every person’s circumstances are different. Information on the Website does not constitute medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship

Visiting the Website, reading its content, submitting an appointment request, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, or communicating with the practice does not create a therapist-client relationship.

A therapist-client relationship begins only after:

• All Things New determines that the practice and an available clinician are appropriate for your needs;

• You are assigned to or accepted by a clinician;

• Required intake and consent documents are completed; and

• Clinical services begin.

Submitting an appointment request does not guarantee that you will be accepted as a client or matched with a particular clinician.

3. Emergencies and Crisis Situations

This Website, our general email address, voicemail, online forms, and client portal messaging are not continuously monitored and should not be used for emergencies or urgent safety concerns.

If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, believe you may harm yourself or someone else, or need immediate assistance:

• Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department;

• Call or text the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline at 988; or

• Contact an appropriate local crisis service.

Current clients should follow the emergency and after-hours instructions provided by their clinician. Sending a message to the practice does not guarantee an immediate response.

4. Services and Geographic Availability

All Things New provides individual telehealth therapy for adults age 18 and older. We do not provide couples therapy, marriage counseling, family therapy, child therapy, or adolescent therapy.

Clients may discuss marriage, dating, family, caregiving, workplace, friendship, and other relationship concerns within individual therapy. When couples or family therapy is needed, we may provide referrals to trusted colleagues or other appropriate resources.

Therapy may be provided only when the client is physically located in a jurisdiction where the assigned clinician is authorized to practice at the time of the appointment.

Most All Things New clinicians provide services to clients physically located in Maryland. Dr. Demarest Crawl is licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC and may provide services to eligible clients physically located in either jurisdiction. A clinician’s availability on this Website does not mean that the clinician can legally or clinically serve every visitor.

Access to this Website from another state, district, territory, or country does not establish that our clinical services are available in that location.

5. Appointment Requests and Clinical Fit

Appointment requests are subject to clinician availability, licensure requirements, clinical fit, insurance or payment arrangements, and the level of care needed.

All Things New may determine that the practice is not the appropriate setting for a prospective client. When appropriate and reasonably possible, we may suggest another provider, a higher level of care, or a community resource. A referral does not guarantee that another provider will have availability or accept a particular insurance plan.

6. Fees, Insurance, and Payment Information

Information on the Website about fees, insurance participation, payment options, and benefits is general information and may change.

Insurance participation may differ by clinician, service, and health plan. A benefits check or coverage estimate is not a guarantee of payment. Insurance companies make final decisions regarding eligibility, coverage, medical necessity, deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, claim processing, and reimbursement.

Clients are responsible for understanding their insurance benefits and for amounts not paid by their insurance plan, as described in their signed financial agreement.

If Website information differs from a client’s signed financial agreement, Good Faith Estimate, insurance plan documents, or other service agreement, the applicable signed agreement or controlling plan document will govern.

7. Client Portal and Clinical Agreements

All Things New uses a secure third-party client portal for intake documents, appointments, forms, billing information, and certain client communications.

Current and prospective clients may access the portal at:

You are responsible for safeguarding your portal login information and promptly notifying the practice if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission.

Clinical services are governed by documents provided through the client portal, which may include:

• Informed Consent for Psychotherapy;

• Consent for Telehealth Services;

• Financial and payment agreements;

• Good Faith Estimates;

• The Notice of Privacy Practices;

• Practice and communication policies; and

• Other consents or acknowledgments applicable to your care.

These Website Terms govern use of the public Website. They do not replace or modify signed clinical agreements. If there is a conflict concerning clinical services, the applicable signed agreement, privacy notice, or law will control.

8. Privacy and Health Information

Our Website Privacy Policy explains how information associated with the public Website may be collected, used, and protected.

Our Notice of Privacy Practices separately explains how protected health information may be used or disclosed and describes clients’ rights concerning their health information.

Please do not include detailed clinical, medical, safety, or other sensitive information in a general Website form, ordinary email, or voicemail. Current clients should use the secure client portal for nonurgent clinical or administrative communications when instructed to do so.

Use of this Website does not authorize All Things New or another party to use or disclose protected health information in a manner that is not permitted by applicable law.

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Website in violation of any applicable law;

• Submit information that is knowingly false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful;

Employment and contractor opportunities described on the Website are subject to change and do not constitute an offer or guarantee of employment, contracting, compensation, benefits, caseload, credentialing, or continued engagement.

Submitting an application does not create an employment, contractor, supervisory, or other professional relationship with All Things New. Hiring decisions are subject to credential verification, interviews, references, background requirements, payer requirements, and applicable law.

The Website may contain links to the client portal, insurance companies, professional directories, crisis resources, social-media platforms, employment websites, or other third-party services.

Third-party websites are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. All Things New does not control and is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices. Providing a link does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, or service offered by that third party.

Use third-party websites at your own discretion and review their terms and privacy policies.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website useful and current, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, or free from technical errors.

Clinician availability, services, fees, insurance participation, employment openings, and practice policies may change without advance Website notice. We may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Website when reasonably necessary.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. These Website Terms do not alter any rights or responsibilities established by an applicable clinical agreement or professional standard of care.

17. Governing Law

These Website Terms and disputes arising solely from use of the public Website are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law or another jurisdiction’s nonwaivable law applies.

Any legal proceeding arising solely from Website use must be brought in a state or federal court with appropriate jurisdiction in Maryland, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Clinical services may also be governed by the laws and professional requirements of the jurisdiction where the client is physically located and where the clinician is licensed. Applicable clinical agreements will govern disputes involving therapy services.

18. Severability and Waiver

If a provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

A failure by All Things New to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Website, our practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
