Website forms, email, voicemail, and portal messages are not monitored continuously. ATNC is not an emergency or crisis-response service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or contact an appropriate crisis service.

Submitting a website form, sending an email, or requesting an appointment does not create a therapist-client relationship. A therapist-client relationship begins only after ATNC accepts the individual for services, assigns a clinician, completes the required intake process, and begins providing care.

ATNC provides individual therapy only to adults age 18 and older. We do not provide therapy for children or adolescents, and the website is not directed to children under age 13.

Parents and guardians should not use the appointment-request form to seek therapy for a minor because ATNC does not provide minor treatment services.
