Our Commitment

All Things New Clinical Services, LLC (“ATNC”) complies with applicable federal, state, and local civil rights laws. We do not exclude people, deny services, or treat people less favorably because of race, color, national origin, ancestry, ethnicity, primary language, limited English proficiency, age, disability, sex, pregnancy or related conditions, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, religion or creed, marital status, military or veteran status, political belief or affiliation, or any other status protected by applicable law.

As a Black-owned, clinician-led practice, ATNC has a particular commitment to culturally responsive care for Black adults. This focus does not exclude adults of other racial, ethnic, cultural, or religious backgrounds. Adults of all backgrounds are welcome to inquire about services.

Clients are not required to hold any particular political, cultural, or religious beliefs to receive respectful care.

Scope of Services

ATNC provides individual telehealth psychotherapy for adults age 18 and older. We do not provide therapy for children, adolescents, couples, or families.

The availability of clinical services depends on legitimate, nondiscriminatory considerations, including:

  • Whether the client is physically located in a jurisdiction where the assigned clinician is legally authorized to practice

  • Whether the client’s needs are within the clinician’s scope of practice and professional competence

  • Clinical appropriateness and safety

  • Clinician availability

  • Insurance participation, benefit limitations, or self-pay arrangements

  • The suitability of telehealth for the client’s needs

  • These considerations are applied consistently and are not used as a basis for unlawful discrimination.

Accessibility for People With Disabilities

ATNC works to provide people with disabilities an equal opportunity to access our website, client portal, telehealth services, and practice information.

When needed for effective communication and required by applicable law, ATNC provides reasonable modifications and appropriate auxiliary aids and services in a timely manner and free of charge. Depending on the person’s needs and the circumstances, assistance may include:

  • Qualified sign-language interpreters

  • Video remote interpreting or real-time captioning

  • Accessible electronic documents

  • Written information in large print, audio, or another accessible format

  • Assistance becoming familiar with the telehealth platform

  • Reasonable changes to communication or scheduling procedures

  • Participation by an appropriate support person, when consistent with the client’s consent, privacy, and confidentiality requirements

We will work with the individual requesting assistance to identify an effective and appropriate accommodation. ATNC will not charge a client for auxiliary aids or services required to provide effective communication.

If a requested modification would fundamentally alter the nature of our services or create an undue burden, ATNC will consider whether another effective form of assistance can be provided.

Website and Telehealth Accessibility

If you have difficulty accessing information on our website, using the client portal, completing an online form, or participating through our telehealth platform, please contact us. We will work with you to provide the information or service through an accessible alternative when reasonably possible.

Please make accessibility requests as early as possible so that arrangements can be made. A lack of advance notice will not automatically prevent ATNC from considering a request.

Language Assistance

ATNC provides qualified language assistance services free of charge when needed to provide meaningful access and required by applicable law. Language assistance may include:

  • Qualified oral interpreters

  • Translation of important written information

  • Assistance identifying a person’s preferred language and communication needs

You are not required to provide or pay for your own interpreter. ATNC generally will not rely on minor children, family members, friends, or other unqualified individuals to interpret clinical information.

Please contact the practice as early as possible if you need language assistance. ATNC will evaluate the requested assistance, the nature of the communication, and whether appropriate services can be arranged.
