New Clients
The fastest and easiest way to get started is through our secure online scheduling system. You can view our current appointment availability and request a day and time that works for you.
After receiving your request, our team will review your location, therapist preference, availability, service needs, and insurance or self-pay information before confirming the next step.

REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE
All Things New Clinical Services provides individual telehealth therapy for adults age 18 and older. Most ATNC clinicians see clients physically located in Maryland. Dr. Demarest Crawl is licensed in Maryland and Washington, DC and may see clients physically located in either jurisdiction.

Consultations
A 15-minute consultation is available for $30 but is not required. A consultation can help you ask a few brief questions about fit and next steps; it is not a therapy session or crisis service.

If you prefer to begin with a full initial therapy appointment, you may request one through the online scheduling system. Insurance may be used for the full appointment when applicable, subject to your eligibility, benefits, and the assigned clinician’s participation with your plan.

Portal messages are reviewed during business hours. We generally respond within one to two business days.
