Finding the right support can be difficult, especially when you are already overwhelmed. The organizations below provide crisis support, information, referrals, peer support, or assistance locating services.

If You Need Immediate Help

All Things New Clinical Services is not an emergency or crisis-response service. Our website, email, voicemail, and client portal are not monitored continuously.

If you or someone else is in immediate danger:

  • Call 911.

  • Go to the nearest emergency department.

  • Call or text 988 for mental health, suicide, or substance-use crisis support.

Current clients should not use the client portal, email, or voicemail for urgent or emergency needs.

Mental Health and Suicide Crisis Support

988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Call or text 988 for free, confidential crisis support 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You may also use the online chat.

Spanish-language support is available by calling 988 and pressing 2 or by texting AYUDA to 988. People who are deaf or hard of hearing may text 988 or use the online chat and accessibility options.

Maryland 988

Dial 211 for help locating Maryland resources for housing, food, health care, utilities, transportation, legal services, domestic violence, employment, and other community needs. The service is free and confidential.

The DC Department of Behavioral Health Access HelpLine connects callers with mental health and substance-use services in Washington, DC.

Veterans, Service Members, and Military Families

Veterans Crisis Line

Veterans, service members, National Guard and Reserve members, and those concerned about them may:

Support is free, confidential, and available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. VA enrollment is not required.

Concern About the Safety of a Child

Although ATNC provides therapy only to adults, this resource is included for adults who may be concerned about a child or young person.

Childhelp National Child Abuse Hotline
