All Things New Clinical Services is a Black-owned, clinician-led telehealth practice grounded in trust, flexibility, collaboration, and culturally responsive care.

​

We take excellent client care, ethics, communication, and timely documentation seriously. We also believe skilled professionals can be accountable without being micromanaged, shamed, or burned out.

​

  • Remote in Maryland

  • 1099 independent-contractor opportunity

  • Active Maryland LCSW-C, LCPC, or LCMFT required

  • $65 per completed clinical session

  • Up to $68 per completed session for designated specialty expertise and/or recurring high-demand availability

  • Target caseload: approximately 8–15 completed telehealth sessions per week

  • Clinicians choose consistent daytime, evening, or weekend appointment blocks

Compensation is paid for completed clinical sessions, not hours merely made available. Routine documentation associated with the service is included in the session rate. A caseload, referral volume, schedule fill rate, or minimum income is not guaranteed. Contractors are responsible for taxes, professional liability insurance, benefits, and independent-business obligations.

Required qualifications

  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical discipline

  • Active Maryland LCSW-C, LMSW, LCPC, LGPC, or LCMFT license in good standing

  • Professional liability insurance, individual NPI, and current or promptly updateable CAQH profile

  • Experience providing adult psychotherapy and clinical risk assessment

  • Strong documentation and communication skills

  • Reliable technology and a private, professional, HIPAA-appropriate telehealth workspace

  • Ability to maintain consistent appointment availability

Preferred experience

  • Serving Black adults and historically underserved communities

  • Veterans, military spouses, trauma, grief, emotional abuse recovery, or relationship concerns

  • EMDR, CBT, motivational interviewing, or another evidence-informed adult treatment approach

  • Recurring evening or weekend availability

  • Bilingual services or another designated high-demand skill

  • Outpatient, private-practice, or telehealth experience

  • Prior credentialing with one or more ATNC payer panels
